 McQueen Logistics is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a Sales Rep in our logistics division, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and expanding our customer base. If you're passionate about sales and have a strong understanding of logistics, this is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact while working with a supportive and energetic team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop New Business: Identify and target potential clients in need of logistics and transportation services. Cold calling, networking, and lead generation will be key to your success.
  • Manage Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Consultative Sales Approach: Understand client needs and offer tailored logistics solutions, including truckload, LTL, dry van, and flatbed services.
  • Negotiate Contracts: Work closely with clients to negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements, ensuring a win-win situation for both parties.
  • Market Analysis: Keep up to date with industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for growth and stay competitive in the market.
  • Collaborate with Operations: Work alongside our operations and dispatch teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and successful fulfillment of client needs.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales goals through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and closing deals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Basic understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and transportation processes is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
